We ship all over the world.

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping is € 5 for the whole Italian territory.

For EU countries € 25 (minimum spending € 500)

Extra EU 50€ (minimum spending € 700)

What are the delivery times?
Our DHL carrier ensures 1-2 days in Italy.

Outside Italy 2-5 working days.

Can I track the shipment?
Absolutely yes, our carrier offers the parcel tracking service. You will receive the code upon shipment.

Can I return the purchased products?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. (In Italy and EU countries)

The product must be returned in its original condition of integrity and must not be damaged.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Do glasses have a guarantee?
All Italart products are guaranteed for 24 months, starting from the delivery date.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as chipping of the frame, and imperfections in the glasses.

Damages such as normal wear and tear (scratches), damage caused by chemicals, damage caused by accidents, neglect or misuse of the product, and unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered.
